This isn't Amazon Prime.

There are hundreds—if not thousands—of documents making their way into the Horn Rapids Files. Every Public Records Request seems to uncover another rabbit hole, another timeline, another person, another connection, or another stack of records.

I'm one person doing this because I believe homeowners deserve to understand what's happening in their own community.

I'm reviewing every document, organizing it, fact-checking it, writing plain-English summaries, building timelines, creating infographics, and linking everything back to the original records whenever practical.

That takes time.

I'd rather get it right than get it fast.

If information is currently published on this website, it's because I've obtained the supporting document(s) through a Public Records Request, court filing, or another reliable public source. My goal is to make every statement traceable back to the record it came from.

If I can't support it with documentation, it doesn't belong in the Horn Rapids Files.

This is a living archive. As new public records, court filings, emails, maps, meeting minutes, and other documents continue to arrive, you'll see pages grow, timelines expand, corrections made when appropriate, and new connections added.

So if a page looks unfinished...

Or a document hasn't been uploaded yet...

Or you're wondering, "Where's that email?"
