Why I'm Building the Nexus
If you've spent more than five minutes reading through these documents, you've probably asked yourself:
"Wait...who's who?"
You're not alone.
The names repeat.
People wear multiple hats.
Companies are connected.
Government agencies, developers, attorneys, HOA board members, consultants, and homeowners all appear throughout hundreds of pages of public records. It gets confusing fast.
That's exactly why I'm building The Horn Rapids Nexus.
This isn't about pointing fingers or making assumptions. It's about creating a visual roadmap that helps readers understand who the players are, how they're connected, and where they fit into the story.
We'll start where the public record starts and build it out one document at a time.
As new public records become available, the Nexus will grow right alongside them.
Think of it as a living reference guide.
When a new name appears in a court filing, you'll be able to see where that person or organization fits.
When a company shows up in multiple documents, you'll be able to follow those connections.
When an attorney, consultant, developer, government official, or HOA representative enters the picture, you'll understand their role before reading another 100 pages of legal documents.
The goal isn't to tell you what to think.
The goal is to help you understand who's involved, what role they play, and how the pieces fit together based on publicly available information.
