I believe homeowners deserve access to the same public information. Whenever possible, I will provide original court filings, public records, meeting minutes, official documents, and source materials alongside summaries so you can review the information for yourself.

I will verify.

I am committed to accuracy. Information published on this website will be based on publicly available records whenever possible. If I cannot verify something, I will say so. Facts matter, and I won't present speculation as fact.

I will correct.

Nobody gets everything right 100% of the time—including me. If new information becomes available or I discover an error, I will correct it. My goal isn't to be right all the time; it's to be accurate. Accuracy matters more than ego.
